Position Summary
The Operations Supervisor will report to the Operations Manager overseeing the Receiving Department. In this role, you will lead a team of 40+ hourly colleagues at our Orlando, FL DC.
** This is 1st shift (hours varying from 5:30am -3:00 pm EST) Monday-Friday with additional flexibility (subject to operational needs) which is inclusive of weekends as needed.**
Your role requires the execution of daily activities and operational planning consistent with achieving metric performance goals set.
Monitor performance utilizing the available reports to provide the appropriate guidance and direction to resolve operational opportunities and improve overall department success.
In addition:
-Assign daily roles based on the needs of the business.
-Directs and makes adjustments as needed to overcome deficiencies.
-Manages team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as formal performance review processes.
Required Qualifications
-2 years prior supervisor or managerial experience in a distribution or
manufacturing environment.
-2 years experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual
Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Ability to meet or exceed operational metrics by driving an engaged productive team through strong leadership.
Education
High School Diploma/GED
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$40,600.00 - $76,500.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
