Duties:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare center
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Supervise and engage children in educational and play-based activities
- Monitor children's behavior and address any behavioral issues using effective behavior management techniques
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress and development
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Ensure the health and safety of all children in the daycare center
- Administer first aid when necessary

Skills:
- Experience in babysitting or early childhood education
- Ability to work effectively with students of different ages and backgrounds
- Strong classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors using positive discipline techniques
- Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations
- First aid certification is preferred
- Excellent caregiving skills, including feeding, diapering, and comforting young children
- Passion for educating and nurturing young minds
