Daycare Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare Assistant to join our team. As a Daycare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and implementing age-appropriate activities and lesson plans
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Monitor children's safety and well-being at all times
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide support to children with special needs or behavioral challenges
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children, such as nannying, babysitting, or classroom experience is preferred, but not required. We will train the right candidate.
- Familiarity with first aid procedures for children
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with children
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
