SalaryMS SQL DBA – must be comfortable with SSIS, Database Backup, stored queries, automation of processes, report generation, python data analytics (Seaborn, Plotly)
- Implements, administers, and maintains system databases including patching.
- Performs data backups and restorations, index and execution plan modifications, data views, transaction log analyses, and archival processes and validates them by disaster recovery testing.
- Develops and supports advanced data storage and manipulation solutions.
- Coordinates and implements database related upgrades for all vendor supported applications, including direct oversight of vendor access to both schema and data.
- Liaises with vendor engineers regarding modifications to database design and structure, data migrations, and/or custom reporting.
- Engineers and constructs data warehousing and business intelligence solutions.
- Monitors assigned systems activity and makes recommendations for improving utilization, security, and integrity of systems.
- Conducts preventive maintenance routines and change control processes for assigned systems to ensure optimal operation while minimizing business impact.
- Prepares and maintains records and documentation for assigned systems.
- Ensures compliance of all assigned systems with applicable regulatory frameworks.
- Automate reporting of Key Performance Indicators
