Data Warehouse QA Manager- REMOTE- Contract to Hire

Looking to Hire a (hands-on) Sr. QA Director with exceptional organizational/communication skills, ability to lead/manage a team (4-5 directs, responsible for their growth & direction),

In this role The QA Engineering Director will demonstrate experience in software testing methodologies in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, agile environment. The QA Engineering Director will work with business analysts, data architects and various members of the data engineering team to implement a comprehensive test strategy using test automation tooling and framework. The QA Engineering Director will oversee the planning, execution and coordination of all automation and manual testing activities to ensure all business processes and workflows built on the enterprise data platform are delivered with high standards of quality.

• The ideal candidate should have extensive QA Engineering experience working within a data environment.
• Needs to have the ability to validate the data (not from mobile or software apps, but Data apps).
• Needs to have experience working with Snowflake DB, along with Informatica which is the tool they use.
• It would be great if this resource is coming out of a Healthcare/Clinical environment, but not an absolute must. They would also consider someone coming out of Finance (due to how rigorous their environment is) and/or Tech (Amazon, Google, etc.).
