As a Data Transfer Specialist, you will primarily be responsible for extracting data from various sources, transforming it to meet specific requirements, and loading it into designated systems. You will also have to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the Data Transfer process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them. This role requires a high level of data proficiency, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Extract data from multiple sources and ensure it meets quality standards
- Transform and format data according to specific requirements
- Load and transfer data into designated systems accurately and efficiently
- Troubleshoot any Data Transfer issues and proactively resolve them
- Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and enhance data management systems
- Perform regular data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Create and maintain documentation for Data Transfer and management processes
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of databases and data management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with data validation and quality control processes
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
