Who You'll Work With

Major Duties
- Perform a range of technical and administrative tasks aligned with program objectives.
- Expertly manage Excel workbook formulas to update data across multiple sources.
- Conduct meticulous reviews to ensure compliance with market data and program requirements.
- Collect, analyze, and present materials to address stakeholder inquiries.
- Assist in document preparation, maintaining clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Deliver insightful reports and presentations in group settings.
- Undertake additional tasks as needed to meet program objectives.
What We Are Looking For
- Background in customer service or administrative support; financial or accounting experience preferred.
- Familiarity with auditing and investigative practices.
- Proficiency in data gathering, analysis, and organization.
- Strong document preparation skills with a keen eye for data accuracy.
- Exceptional team collaboration and communication abilities.
- Effective time management skills with a knack for meeting deadlines.
- Logical reasoning skills to support business goals.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and data management tools.
Exciting Opportunity Details
- Rate: $23.50 per hour.
- Length of engagement: 8 months with possibility of extension.
- Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
- Location: San Antonio, TX (78229). Training: 2 weeks in-office, then hybrid (1 day/week in-office).
