Job Summary:As a Data Scientist at Wyze, you'll play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You'll be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, extracting insights, and developing predictive models to optimize product development, marketing strategies, and customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage cutting-edge technologies and contribute to shaping the future of smart home innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze subscriber penetration and churn patterns, identifying behaviors and causal factors.
• Study eCommerce shop behavior to enhance D2C metrics.
• Conduct CLTV analysis and profitability studies at user and order levels.
• Segment users for targeted strategies and optimize pricing elasticity.
• Develop and test new user acquisition hypotheses and market/channel strategies.
• Analyze DAU trends and optimize stickiness.
• Forecast revenue and conduct sensitivity analysis for HW and Service revenue.
• Build competitor database and devise strategic game theory.
• Plan and optimize supply chain logistics for long-term efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or Ph.D in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or similar field.
• Proficiency in Python/R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
• Solid understanding of machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and time series forecasting.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Prior experience in the IoT or smart home industry is preferred but not required.
