- 4+-year college degree required; quantitative disciplines preferred
- 3+ years of analytical experience in financial services industry; credit card experience preferred
- 3+ years in open source (Python, R) programming or data engineering
- 3+ years of experience with SQL or other relevant descriptive analytics tools
- 3+ years of experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence tools
Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills, especially gathering requirements, building project timelines, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly, in both written and verbal form.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Have a deep understanding of how business and technology frames, manipulates, and displays data to solve business problems. Basically the end to end of data lifecycle in a company
- Software development best practices, Python or open-source technology experience, and AWS or other cloud provider experience
- Business requirements drafting and business architecture flows experience
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly, in both written and verbal form
