Netsuite Developer I / Technical Support Consultant

Terrace Consulting is seeking a smart, passionate and proactive NetSuite Developer to provide post implementation Technical Support to our clients. The Support Services team is client facing and works closely with our engineering team.

We operate virtually on the PST and require all team members to be present a minimum of M-F 8am-5pm PST. We are considering all applicants living in (or excited to relocate to) any of the Western United States in the PST & MST. W-2 and 1099 candidates welcome to apply.

Who You Are:

• 3-8 years of experience with NetSuite administration, development & integration
• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (MIS, IT business/computer science and/or Accounting), or related field.

Your Experience Includes:

• Administering and extending existing NetSuite installations
• Day to day operational NetSuite support
• Day to day integration support (e.g. Celigo, Boomi, Payments, etc.)
• Debugging & managing scripting, payments, controls and security
• Revising and optimizing business processes (accounting, supply chain/operations and eCommerce).
• NetSuite Administrator level knowledge of roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, saved searches, dashboards, and forms to manage unique business process requirements within NetSuite.
• Experience with NetSuite automation (SuiteScript) and third party integration technologies
• Familiar with basic accounting and operational business FP&A processes
• Familiar with standard Order to Cash / Procure to Pay processes
• Problem solver who inspires business processes and technology collaboration
• Strong communication skills adapted from clerks to senior management.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with a team of experienced Terrace consultants, support services, staff, and client staff supporting existing NetSuite ERP solutions.
• Optimize, debug and manage scripting, payments, and security of NetSuite installations
• Optimize, debug and manage NetSuite third party integrations (e.g. Celigo, Boomi, Payments, Avalara, etc.)
• Learn from the best cloud-first enterprise technology team in Northern California

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience with NetSuite administration, development & integration
• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (MIS, IT business/computer science and/or Accounting), or related field.
• W-2 employee applicants must reside in California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona or Nevada only.
• 1099 contractors living in the U.S. committed to working M-F 8am-5pm in PST will also be considered.
