What we're looking for...
The Specialist, Data Governance Quality is passionate about data and its quality and integrity, understands the importance of collaboration, process governance and enjoys diving deep into business processes. This role is instrumental in ensuring Oatey has data that is reliable, consistent, and accurate. This role helps drive data quality definitions, measurement, monitoring, and analysis of data quality issues and works with the business to propose remediation actions, as well as contribute to the culture of continuous improvement at Oatey.
Expectations & Accountabilities ...

  • Align Data Quality rules and policies to evolving data landscape and domains.
  • Leverage data quality best practices to design and maintain policies, methodologies, guidelines around data quality, profiling, cleansing, including KPI/metrics definitions.
  • Develop, track and monitor data quality reports for each domain based upon quality rules and standards.
  • Produce data analysis, trends, and standard reporting which enables the organization to monitor, evaluate and improve performance.
  • Validate that Master Data Matrix rules as set by the data stewards are being followed.
  • Support and work with the business, data stewards, data custodians to remediate data quality exceptions.
  • Travel will be up to 10% of time.

What you'll need to be successful...
  • Experience with SAP/S4 Hana.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of manufacturing data quality experience focusing on ERP and Data Quality issues.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Data Quality Management practices (Data profiling, Data Quality Assessments, Data Cleansing.)
  • Skilled in communicating on complex topics and solutions and can collaboratively work with others for solution identification.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
