The Role
As Data Entry and Customer Service Representative within the Pinch Flatbed team, you will have the opportunity to be part of a top tier Logistics Company. SHIFT REQUIRED: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
Responsibilities:
- Managing the freight chain from customers request to delivery in an efficient and cost effective manner
- Managing a high level of email volume
- Taking orders from customers via email and phone, negotiating competitive rates, providing proper documentation and ensuring delivery schedules within an expedited time-frame

- Expediting as necessary to ensure customers transportation requirements are taken care of
- Determining the best way to ship, negotiating rates and providing all the necessary documentation
- Strong knowledge of piecing together cargo on a flatbed trailer, setting up permits and equipment necessary to haul the customer’s cargo
- PCS Software experience a plus

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with 3 years full-time work experience; college degree preferred
- Trucking Operations Software (TMS) experience preferred
- Vast understanding of Flatbed trucking operations
- Ability to deal with a sporadic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
- Strong work ethic, solid negotiation and conflict-management skills
- Great typing skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
