Data Entry Clerk

We are currently seeking to hire a dynamic skilled and detail-oriented part time and full time Data Entry Clerk to join our company's administrative department. In this role, you'll be responsible for entering client information into our electronic storage system, updating existing entries, and organizing hard copies of information appropriately. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Data Entry.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs record keeping, reporting and information handling for assigned office division.
• Make corrections, collect, and compile data.
• This position will review and resolve complaints/issues, providing a referral to appropriate resources when needed.
• Attending to data queries and reporting any major data errors to management.
• Maintaining a detailed and organized storage system to ensure data entries are complete and accurate.
• Establishing Data Entry standards by continually updating filing systems to improve data quality.
• Perform basic research, review reports, gather and verify information and contact customers to provide follow-up information.
• Customer info & data lookup & comparisons for sales & development teams.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• At least 2 years previous experience in IT, Data Entry operator or similar.
• High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical operations.
• Proficiency in data capturing and office management software such as MS Office and Google Suite.
• The ability to manage and process high volumes of data accurately.
• Good understanding of databases and digital and paper filing systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.79 - $26.63 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
