Job Description
We are seeking to add a Data Entry Specialist to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Enter variety of data using current technology
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
- Review and enter data updates in the systems
- Review discrepancies in data received
- Advise supervisor of issues related to data
- Working in a non-managerial role
- Data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping tasks as needed
- Assess, prepare and sort data for a variety of objectives
- Enter/manage data using Excel
- Monitor and alert discrepancies in data
- Make/Answer phone calls needed to gather data and advance goals
- Other office duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Have previous experience with data entry or other related fields
(Medical licensing/credentialing, healthcare experience a plus) - Proactively conduct phone outreach with a friendly, helpful tone
- Write well
- Practice independent, productive organizational skills
- Be deadline and detail-oriented
- Know Microsoft Office
