Data Entry/Credentialing Assistant

We are seeking to add a Data Entry Specialist to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

Responsibilities:

• Enter variety of data using current technology
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry
• Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
• Review and enter data updates in the systems
• Review discrepancies in data received
• Advise supervisor of issues related to data
• Working in a non-managerial role
• Data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping tasks as needed
• Assess, prepare and sort data for a variety of objectives
• Enter/manage data using Excel
• Monitor and alert discrepancies in data
• Make/Answer phone calls needed to gather data and advance goals
• Other office duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
• Excellent typing skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Have previous experience with data entry or other related fields
  (Medical licensing/credentialing, healthcare experience a plus)
• Proactively conduct phone outreach with a friendly, helpful tone
• Write well
• Practice independent, productive organizational skills
• Be deadline and detail-oriented
• Know Microsoft Office
