Data Entry/Billing

Principle Labs is looking for a FT Data Entry specialist to join it's team in Bethlehem, PA. This position is in-person and the schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computerized databases and spreadsheets
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

- Assist the medical billing team with tasks. Such as posting payments from paper EOBS into the billing system.

Skills:

- Basic computer knowledge is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry
- Experience with order entry systems or similar software
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of database management principles and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
