JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Data Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for our organization. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Data Entry will contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations. In this role, you will maintain databases by entering new and updated customer and account information. Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information and establish entry priorities. Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies. RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform Data Entry tasks, including inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate records
· Collect and compile data from various sources and enter it into designated systems
· Verify the accuracy of data and make necessary corrections or adjustments
· Assist in the development and implementation of data collection processes and procedures
· Generate reports and summaries based on collected data
· Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
· developing and implementing Data Entry procedures that improve productivity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
· Proficient in basic math and computer skills
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
· Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient in Data Entry and data collection systems, such as Excel
· Technologically savvy and proficient in Microsoft 365
