We are hiring for an entry level Accounts Receivable Clerk

Duties:
- Process and post customer payments to appropriate accounts
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances
- Prepare and send invoices to customers
- Reconcile discrepancies between invoices and payments
- Research and resolve billing issues or disputes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable

Skills:
- Proficient in basic math calculations for accurate payment processing and reconciliation
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting
- Experience with data collection systems to gather and organize financial information
- Ability to transcribe and enter data accurately with attention to detail
- Excellent clerical skills for filing, organizing, and maintaining records
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer payments, reconciling accounts, and resolving billing issues. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of basic math, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and have experience with data entry and clerical tasks.

Pay: $20.40 - $24.56 per hour
