Marca Technologies, LLC is searching for a detailed-oriented and organized Part-timeOffice/Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this position you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our office. You will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks and providing support to our team.
Responsibilities
- Input and update data into company database
- Verify accuracy and completeness of information
- Create and maintain accurate spreadsheets
- Communicate with team members to ensure data is entered correctly
- Perform other office duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an Office/Data Entry Clerk or similar position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
