The responsibility of a Cape Shore CSR member is to be the primary point of contact for Cape Shore sales reps and our wholesale customers via phone and e-mail. You will be responsible for assisting reps and customers with placing orders, processing credits and exchanges, accepting payments and resolving problems.
Skills & Qualifications: The basic skills and qualifications of a CSR team member is to be willing to serve others.
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate well on the phone
- A willingness and ability to learn and understand the Cape Shore business process.
- keying and data entry skills
- an ability to learn and demonstrate product and market knowledge.
- 2-5 years relevant experience
- Pay rate based upon experience
- Areas of responsibility include
- Answering incoming & returning phone calls
- Reading and responding to e-mail correspondence.
- Data/order entry, maintaining customer records, and entering orders
- Resolves product or service problems
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
