NorTex Spine & Joint Institute is seeking a highly motivated, energetic Data Entry specialist in an innovative, fast-paced, efficient, and rapidly growing medical practice. We are an innovative clinic in Allen, TX with great growth potential. We specialize in non-surgical treatments of various spine and joint pathologies. Responsibilities

• Input and update data accurately into our databases and systems.
• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve data discrepancies and ensure consistency.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to data security policies.
• Meet established deadlines and productivity targets.
• Scanning and sorting medical records in the AdvancedMD EMR.
• Managing email and fax inbox(es), both in EHR and standard fax.
• All other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager and/or Physician.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in Data Entry or a related role is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) as well as Adobe (pdf)
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• High level of integrity and commitment to data security.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00 to $24.00 /hour depending on experience

Required education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required experience:

• One year of experience is preferred but not required
