DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST (Full Time) - HIRING IMMEDIATELY!

Starting Rate: $10.00 p/hr

Data Entry Specialist is responsible for inputting data into the computer, manipulate existing data and edit current information.

Essential Duties:

• Work efficiently in a team environment in order to meet customer deadline.
• Ability to identify different document types (bank statements, credit card statements, 1099).
• Review receipts and enter information into Excel program by categories.
• Maintain record of completed work.
• Compile, sort and verify receipts accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customers.
• Use telephone and e-mail to reach out the customer in a professional. manner.
• Answer phone calls.
• Scan, print and fax documents
• General customer support as needed.
• Keep records of customer interactions.
• File documents and maintain customers’ accounts.
• Support other departments when needed.
• Perform other office duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Experience in MS Word and Excel.
• Proficient in English and Spanish.
• Basic Knowledge QuickBooks (not required but preferred)
• Good organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Work well with others (team player)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment in order to meet target deadlines.

Hands on training.

On-Site Position (No Remote).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
