Description
The Data Entry Specialist is primarily responsible for organization, review, and validation of materials and forms collected and used by the sales and customer facing teams. This role will work with teams (new sales and current customers) to provide information to assist with the review, scope, and pricing of sales orders along with data integrity of the system. They will also help coordinate sales orders within Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. As needed, you will assist with data clean up and creation for larger company initiative. You work on continual overall process improvement and development of training to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
Were excited to hire a new Data Entry Specialist who can:
- Identify areas of improvement in systems and processes
- Help develop a training program outlining a step-by-step process on how to review and analyze the material collected
- Maintain the integrity of our CRM database, ensuring our information stays up to date and accurate
- Researching product or service issues and coordinating the resolution of those issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist sales and customer success teams with Salesforce questions
- Manage Sales Data Requests to assist sales teams in pricing opportunities
- Validate completion of required tasks and update Salesforce accounts in accordance to internal customer request forms
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to team members and/or customers via written or verbal communication
There is no perfect candidate, but we are looking for:
- 2+ years relevant work experience
- Possess a working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRMs
- Drive a consistent approach for obtaining and consolidating sales data
- Seek to adopt new tools and processes that will improve efficiencies and sales productivity

Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated Salary Range: $22.00 - 31.00 hourly, The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
