Data Entry( Remote)

Premiere Home Builders Inc. is a leading construction company specializing in residential home building projects. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry professional to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

- Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into company databases and systems.

- Verify accuracy of data entered and make necessary corrections as needed.

- Ensure data integrity and security by following company Data Entry protocols and procedures.

- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and documents as required.

- Generate reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as requested by management.

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate Data Entry tasks and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data confidentiality and privacy.

- Complete assigned tasks within established timelines and deadlines.

- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in Data Entry or related field is a plus.

- Proven experience in Data Entry or similar role, with strong typing skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Data Entry software.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.

- Familiarity with construction or real estate industry terminology is a plus.
