Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include receiving, reviewing, assessing, correcting, and accurately entering data sets into various computer systems. This position will be tasked with doing so within defined deadlines to meet CAS and client requirements.
Essential Functions
- Receive, compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents or data sets.
- Enter data from source documents or systems within time limits.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Scan documents and print files, when needed.
- Answer and direct phone calls as needed.
- Assist in completing various office administrative functions as directed.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- U.S. Citizen.
- GED or High School Diploma equivalent.
- Must be able to pass a Credit and Criminal Background check.
- No default on $7,500 or more in delinquent debt.
- Ability to speak, read, write legibly, and understand English.
- Must be willing to comply with our Drug Free Workplace policy
- Must be available to work various shifts, weekends and holidays
- Must be neat, well-groomed and present a professional appearance.
- Proficient in use of various computer systems and software.
Additional Qualifications
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word.
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems to transpose data to meet deadlines.
- Ability to be an effective team member.
- Must be results driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess a high degree of integrity and ability to uphold sensitive information.
- Dependable, flexible, amenable to work extended and varying shifts when necessary.
