Data Entry Operator - Remote / Office

• Verify and correct data discrepancies, errors, or missing information
• Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to Data Entry guidelines and procedures
• Generate reports based on entered data
• Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with team members to identify improvements in Data Entry processes
• Follow quality control procedures to ensure accurate Data Entry

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proven experience in Data Entry or related field
• Proficient typing skills (at least 50 words per minute)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in using Data Entry software and Microsoft Office applications
