We are hiring Data Entry Specialist to support a large manufacturing company. Seeking solid clerical computer skills with Microsoft Excel experience .

POSITION: Right to Hire
LOCATION: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308
PAY: 12.00 hour
HOURS: On site - should be flexible on schedule
- Audit source documents for accuracy.
- Obtain source documents, approvals, etc. for incomplete download requests.
- Audit completed work for accuracy.
- Respond to phone and email inquiries regarding Data Admin.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Print, mail & post franchise service tickets.
- Identify, scan & validate service tickets daily for invoicing.
- Work with branches and divisions in an ongoing effort to reconcile missing service tickets and minimize potential client deductions and/or chargebacks to the company.
- Maintain centralized filing system for customers: adjustments, deposits and reports.
- Provide administrative support within a functional area or department (i.e. fax documents, make copies, filing, pulling documents from file for team use, etc.).
- Complete special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of related clerical/Data Entry experience.
- Basic Microsoft Excel experience.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Data entry & proficient 10-key skills.
