The Data Entry Operator works onsite in a comfortable work environment. The Data Entry Operator will transfers/transcribes source data/information from paper, electronic, and other media into the required electronic format using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners. They will also prepare, compiles, and sort documents for Data Entry. To learn more about this position, please read the summarized list of duties and qualifications below.
Performs high-volume Data Entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents. Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality regarding clients, staff and information on Data Entry forms.
Our minimum requirements include reliable transportation, at least 16 years of age and must be able to pass the required typing test upon the interview. Employment with Bridgeway is conditional upon completion of all background checks.
