• Job Title: Data Entry Operator
• Target start date: mid-November. *Prefers someone that can start immediately without having to provide 2 week’s notice. * Campus will be closed 2 days for thanksgiving and 2 weeks in December (12/19/22- 1/2/23 ) Reopens Jan. 3rd.
• Duration of Assignment: End of February 2023
• Work hours: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
• Dress code: business casual
• Job Description:
• Reviews graduate application documents and screens for authenticity and completeness. Codes and enters data into a computer system or database and verifies the accuracy of the data entered. Corrects and updates database(s). Generates routine computer reports. Performs related clerical duties. Expertise: General office experience including keyboard skills, preferably in a university setting. Knowledge of basic Microsoft office tools including, Word, Excel and Outlook. Bachelor’s degree required.

ON-CAMPUS: COVID 19 vaccination requirements:
• Proof of full COVID 19 Vaccination + Booster (s)
• Minimum timeframe — Six (6) months after your primary series, either a second dose of Pfizer or Moderna; two (2) months after receiving a Johnson & Johnson single dose. Ages 16 and older.
• You will have a 30-day grace period to receive your booster after your primary series.
• If you completed the Pfizer or Moderna primary series, you are required to receive a booster no later than seven (7) months after your second dose.
• If you completed the Johnson and Johnson single dose, you are required to receive a booster no later than three (3) months after your single dose.
MEDICAL/RELIGIOUS-TESTING OPTION:
• Unvaccinated individuals with previously approved medical or religious exemptions may retain an exemption from the booster requirement.
