We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our computerized systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail.
Duties:
- Enter and update data into computer systems with speed and accuracy
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in Data Entry or a similar clerical role is preferred
- Experience in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with computerized systems and databases
