Data Entry & Design Assistant

Athra NJ Inc. is looking for a Data Entry & Design Assistant who is organized, detail oriented, and driven individual with an eye for fashion and design to work in a fast paced environment. The candidate for this position must possess an interest in jewelry display and jewelry trends. This is an entry level position supporting the accessories product development team and the sales team. Excellent time management skills and follow through are a must. Duties include but are not limited to Data Entry for new samples, maintaining the sample line and inventory, and assisting in developing presentations for customer meetings based on knowledge of customer needs and selling reports.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry which includes but is not limited to assisting with spec sheets for new sample development and precise product information entry in database.
• Maintaining an organized sample line which includes preparing and ticketing the samples for display as well as keeping an accurate inventory.
• Managing, communicating and following up with vendors regarding sample orders, sample production and re-vendor projects.
• Working with designer to assist in sample development for customers and markets.
• Communicate with operations when needed for production orders based on new samples.
• Assists in creating meeting presentations based on customer selling history.
• Issues and follows up with customer sample requests along with tracking out-going samples.

Skill/Qualifications

• Entry level merchandising experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and strong problem solving skills
• Excellent time management skills and follow through
• Able to work in a fast paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $50,000.00 per year based on previous experience
