Job Description
Snelling is currently recruiting for Exceptional Administrative Candidates for a company in the Birmingham area. These positions are 1st shift position with a start pay rate that range from $12.00-15.00/hr.
Major Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Resolve administrative problems
- Receive, sort, and distribute the mail
- Answer telephone calls and pass them on
- Greet and assist visitors to the community centers
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of previous experience as administrative experience
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 25-30 pounds
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
