Position: Data Entry Clerk
Location: On-site in Huntsville, AL
Job Type: 3-month temporary position
Responsibilities:
- Data entry (into Excel).
- Receive, review, and enter data in a payment service or POS application into internal and external systems during a new account boarding process in accordance to established procedures.
- Creating/building files for approved applications and or making any updates based on customer needs.
- Communicate with business partners and customers to resolve incomplete application packages via email or Phone
- Ensure that all emails are responded to in a time-efficient manner
Skills Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe
- Needs to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly identify issues with hardware/software and resolve it in a timely manner
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, goal-oriented
