As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computer systems. This is a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data records.
Duties:
- Transcribe data from source documents into computer systems
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries
- File and maintain physical and electronic records
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Provide administrative support as needed
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong Data Entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with clerical and administrative procedures
- Knowledge of databases and Data Entry systems
- Excellent organizational skills to manage large volumes of data
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
