Job Description:
The ALL-GAS and Equipment Company is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Hartford, CT. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting a variety of data into our computer systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Inputting a variety of data into computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
- Reviewing data for errors and inconsistencies, and making corrections as needed.
- Ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Assisting with data cleanup and maintenance tasks as necessary.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure Data Entry tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Data Entry or a similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
