Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data from various sources into databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems.
Verify data accuracy and identify any discrepancies or errors.
Organize and maintain files and records in a systematic manner.
Assist with data cleanup and maintenance tasks as needed.
Respond to inquiries and requests for information from team members or clients.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding data handling and confidentiality.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Data Entry software.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot numerical errors.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
