Data Entry Clerk (Temporary)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to temporarily join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. Experience in fiduciary services data is critical. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating financial information into our database. This is a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our data.

Duties:
- Type data into spreadsheets with speed and accuracy
- Check data entered to ensure accuracy
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned
- Use Excel and other systems to input and manage data

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Data Entry and fiduciary services
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
- Must have experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain files
- Proficient in using Data Entry software and systems
