Partners Professional is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk with proficiency in Excel, file management and skip tracing techniques. The ideal candidate will be able to accurately input data while also demonstrating the ability to track down information efficiently and draw valuable insights from numbers. Compensation/Benefits/Schedule
- $18.00 hourly
- Professional yet casual work environment with family orientated atmosphere.
- Full-Time, Monday through Friday
- Monday through Thursday (7:30am-4:30pm)
- Fridays (7:30am-2pm)
Job Duties
- Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
- Verify and correct data as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Generate reports and perform data analysis using Excel and other software tools
- Assist with data cleanup and database management tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Required Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Familiarity with databases and order entry systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years working in an office environment.
- Skip-Tracing skills a plus
