A large software company in Minnetonka, MN is hiring for a Client Services Associate role! You will play a crucial role in supporting the compliance services team by facilitating the submission of payments and filings to various state agency websites. You will also be responsible for conducting simple audits of completed tasks, utilizing internal software to pull reports, and collaborating with the team to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Responsibilities:
- Application Familiarity: Become well-versed in the basic functionality of our application and gain proficiency in navigating various state agency websites.
- Deadline Adherence: Adhere to all state deadlines to ensure timely and accurate submission of payments and filings, meeting regulatory requirements.
- Payment and Filing Submissions: Perform the submission of payments and filings to federal and state agencies, demonstrating a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, actively contributing suggestions to enhance internal efficiencies and reduce operational risks.
- Audit Functions: Conduct daily audits of work completed by other team members, ensuring quality control and compliance with established standards.
- Expert Microsoft Excel skills required
- Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
- Coding Accuracy experience
- Data entry experience required
- Good understanding of Deadline Oriented
- Well-founded grasp of compliance
- Wide ranging experience with Deadline Oriented
- Ensure Accuracy experience preferred
- Earlier work involving Ensure Deadlines
- Practical knowledge of Audit Reviews
- Quality experience with Payment Processing
- General familiarity with Coding Compliance
- Computer Data Entry experience desired
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Detailed Review experience
- High school diploma or equivalent obtained
- Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
- Proficient with diversified computer software and systems
- Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight
