Job Title: Data Entry Clerk, Department of Justice/ DOJ
Location: DOJ/ U.S Attorneys Office, 900 Jefferson Avenue, Oxford, MS 38665
Department: Department of Justice/ DOJ
Additional: Full time (40 hours per week) as applicable over a five-day work week with evening and weekend work required at times
Contract:Ravens Group, Inc./ Supporting-Department of Justice/ DOJ
Period of Performance: 1 -year base with additional 4 year option= 5-year contract
Start Date: Start date- 7/1/2023.
Salary: $17.23 per hour/ plus additional H&W $4.41 = $21.64 an hour
Additional: TBD if the position is hybrid
Note: Experience as a Data Entry Clerk supporting the recovery of debts due to the Federal Government.
Clearance Requirement: Must be able to pass an NACI background check investigation. Understand that if you currently hold a Common Access Card (CAC) it will need to be replaced by a new CAC for the position.

Scope of Work:
Experience as a Data Entry Clerk supporting the recovery of debts due to the Federal Government.
Scope of Work:
- Serve as a technician in the area of financial litigation and is responsible for directly and
independently supporting Assistant United States Attorneys (AUSAs) by providing a wide variety of
technical assistance services.
- Perform a wide range of technical support duties involving the processing of cases within the financial
litigation function.
- Use a variety of automated systems to conduct research, initiate documents for debt collection
actions and track debtor accounts.
- Use common online resources, obtain and analyze routine financial information on debtors to
determine their present and future potential ability to pay.
- Communicate with debtors to present options for debt payments, answer questions, explain
pertinent procedures, clarify information, and work cases to resolution.
- Prepare payment plans which involve reviewing financial asset information the debtor has submitted.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Preferred Undergraduate degree
