Key responsibilities
- Working with and maintaining confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies
- Supporting the company in Data Entry and other administrative tasks
- Adhering to policies and procedures when performing operations; reporting needed revisions
- Completing additional tasks as needed
- Maintaining Data Entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
- Preparing data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities- Data entry speed over 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Data entry experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
- Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
