Form of workExpress Employment is seeking a meticulous and meticulous Quality Control Laboratory Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tests and analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine quality control tests and analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using laboratory equipment and instruments.
Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological tests according to established procedures and protocols.
Record and analyze test results accurately and promptly, documenting any deviations or abnormalities.
Communicate test results to relevant departments and assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality issues.
Maintain laboratory equipment and instruments in proper working condition, performing routine maintenance and calibration as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, microbiology, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably in a quality control or quality assurance role.
- Familiarity with laboratory techniques and instrumentation, including spectrophotometry, chromatography, and microbiological testing methods.
- Knowledge of quality control principles and practices, including statistical analysis and process control.
- Strong diligence and accuracy in conducting tests and recording data.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software for data analysis and documentation.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
