R-dent Dental Laboratory is a full-service Dental Laboratory family owned since 1978. We manufacture dental prosthesis such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials, retainers and more by using the latest in dental manufacturing technology.
The Part-timeData Entry Clerkis a part of the Customer Service & Shipping/Receiving teams and invoices, takes pictures of and boxes outgoing cases for the lab. This position reports to the Administration/Logistics Manager.
Shift: Monday-Friday 1pm-6pm or 3pm-8pm
Starting pay: $14/hour
Responsibilities & Duties:
The Data Entry Clerk's primary duties include but are not limited to:
- Reading and interpreting doctor's prescriptions for dental prostheses (e.g. crowns, bridges, dentures).
- Accurately entering data into the electronic database for each prescription and invoicing cases
- Occasionally photographing, boxing or cleaning cases.
- Using multiple types of software, including Microsoft Office applications and Magic Touch dental laboratory software.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time (up to 8 hours per day) as well as reach and bend.
- Ability to read prescriptions/case information, sort cases, take and save pictures, box cases and enter data into database accurately.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to self-manage and work efficiently with low supervision.
- Dependable and punctual.

Thus, R-Dent Dental Laboratory was born, and we've grown from that idea about quality and service to become the largest and finest full-service dental laboratory in west Tennessee.
