Data Entry Specialist

Responsibilities:
Execute high-volume Data Entry tasks with an unwavering emphasis on precision and efficiency.
Input and authenticate data from diverse sources, encompassing paper documents, electronic files, and databases.
Employ specialized software and tools to ensure data accuracy and uniformity.
Perform regular quality assessments to pinpoint and rectify errors or inconsistencies in data entries.
Safeguard the confidentiality and security of all data by adhering to established protocols and procedures.
Collaborate closely with team members to preserve data integrity and resolve any arising discrepancies or issues.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent; additional education or certification in Data Entry or a related field is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in high-volume Data Entry roles, showcasing remarkable accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Data Entry software and tools, demonstrating the ability to swiftly learn and adapt to new systems.
Exceptional typing skills with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, with a knack for identifying and resolving data-related issues.
Familiarity with Data Entry standards and best practices, ensuring the upholding of data integrity and consistency.
Exceptional organizational prowess, enabling effective management and prioritization of multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Details: M-F, 8-5pm; Pay: $18hr-$20hr; Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
