Job Description
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is hiring for a Bilingual (English & Spanish) Data Entry Clerk for our client, a heavy equipment parts distributor located in Medley, FL.
Pay: $15/hr - $16/hr
Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM (Monday-Friday)
Responsibilities:
Account for all inventory of parts and equipment and maintain updated inventory records. All inventory functions are tracked through the company’s database.
Perform daily cycle counts.
Use Warehouse Management Software (WMS) to enter data and track inventory levels / update records as needed.
Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel to monitor product inventory, reconcile all physical inventory adjustments and minimize slow moving & order urgently needed inventory.
Requirements:
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Computer literate, can learn new software easily.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Prior proven experience in a similar role.
