This company is the largest school transportation provider in North America with more than a century of experience providing safe and reliable transportation. We work with 1,250 school districts in 39 states and 8 Canadian provinces carrying approximately five million students in 21,000 schools daily.
They are focused on supporting the efficient and effective use of routing systems for vendor locations and their customers. Company provides services in pre-implementation support; system implementation, support, and training; routing studies, consulting, and analysis; and routing services.
Duties:
- Use one or more routing software's to assist staff with various school bus routing projects, such as general Data Entry, updating student information, and updating route information (stop locations, times, and/or assigned students).
- Use Microsoft Excel to assist staff with data clean up and/or analysis.
- Log hours worked and other relevant project information into web-based tracking tool.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including helping with special projects.
- Complies with Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
Skills/Experience:
- Problem solving abilities, and good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Ability to quickly and accurately analyze various data formats.
- Ability to work with electronic maps.
- Solid keyboarding skills.
Wage $15/hour with opportunities for overtime
Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Position is in-office, not remote
Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
