Global Furniture USA is one of the premier importers and distributors of fine home furnishings in the United States, as well as a prominent supplier on the worldwide stage. Focusing exclusively on the wholesale market, we directly import and design new collections, and work with many of the U.S. market’s top retailers, both brick and mortar and online.
- Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records
- Verify data and correct any errors or discrepancies
- Post and prepare payment of employee expense reports
- Code and enter bills into system for timely payment
- Organize and maintain files and documents
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Data Entry or related clerical work
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with pivot tables and basic functions in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of basic accounts payable functions
This position requires a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and the ability to work efficiently with large amounts of data. Previous Accounts Payable experience is highly encouraged.
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
