We are looking for a Data Entry Associate. The ideal candidate will be friendly and reliable.
* Answer phones and greet clients
* Type in data provided directly from customers
* Verify data by comparing it to source documents
* Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
* Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost and file
* Maintain filing system
* Proven experience as Data Entry Associate
* Accurate typing skills
* Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
* Working knowledge of office equipment
* Basic understanding of databases
* Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
* Great attention to detail
* Assist with warehouse during inventory count
* Keeping Track of inventory during live load

Salary and Benefits:
* Full-time Pay: $18.00+

*All benefits will start after 3 months of employment except 401k will start after 1 year.

Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* 8AM-5PM 1 hour Lunch

Education:
* High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience:
* Data entry: 2 years (Preferred)
