Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our systems. This is a crucial role that ensures the integrity and accuracy of our data.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Data Entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Enter customer orders and other relevant information into our database
- Collect data from various sources and input it into spreadsheets or databases
- Maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring proper organization and storage
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks as needed
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system
- Generate reports and summaries based on collected data
- Utilize Excel and pivot tables to analyze and manipulate data
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of data
- Proficient in Data Entry techniques and order entry processes
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Basic math skills for calculations and verification purposes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables for data analysis
- Ability to collect, organize, and maintain data in an efficient manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
