As a QuickBooks Data Entry Specialist, your responsibilities would include:

• Entering Customer and Account Data: You’ll input information from source documents into QuickBooks within specified time limits.
• Compiling and Verifying Accuracy: You’ll compile, verify, and sort data to prepare it for computer entry.
• Reviewing Data for Deficiencies: You’ll meticulously review data for any errors or inconsistencies and correct them as needed.

Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial in this role.

Our candidate will need QuickBooks Data Entry skills, Here are some key competencies we are looking for:

• Excel: Mastering Excel is crucial for Data Entry. It allows you to organize, analyze, and store large amounts of data efficiently. Learn keyboard shortcuts, data validation, pivot tables, and other features.
• QuickBooks: Familiarize yourself with QuickBooks, a popular accounting software. Understand how to navigate, make double entries, and use balance sheets and income statements.
• Typing Speed: Swift and accurate typing is essential for entering data promptly.
• Attention to Detail: Review data meticulously to identify errors and inconsistencies.
• Communication: Clear communication ensures accurate Data Entry.

EDUCATION

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Areas

CUALIFICATION

It is a requirement to have a medical cannabis occupational license to work in our facilities.
