BCForward is currently looking for highly motivated Commercial Data Specialist at Bannockburn, IL USA 60015.

Duration: 6+ months
Hours: (Monday-Friday)- 7 am – 4 pm / 8 am – 5 pm flexible
First few days will be onsite and then it will become remote once everything is settled.
Estimated Start Date- 2/5/2024
Position Purpose:
Under general direction role may include: providing customer service, billing/pricing/collections resolution, contract administration, service issues resolution, information management, customer file maintenance, lead routing, and record generation while possibly growing new and secured business through service level upgrades and expanded product offerings for assigned accounts on a daily basis.
Key Job Activities:
• Provides dedicated customer service and support via telephone, email, web, and mail
• Assisting sales team with preparation of sales documents and/or Data Entry
• Proactively conducts outbound phone and email campaigns to customers
• Understands how to research an account and determine pricing, contract information, lead routing, etc.
• Provides regular and ad-hoc reporting and assistance to various Sales teams
• Acts and communicates as a subject matter expert, trainer, coach, and key reference contact as new reps are onboarded
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
Education:
• Preferred Education: in Associates or Equivalent
Experience (North America):
• Education equivalent to Associates Degree, or the equivalent in related work experience demonstrating a sound knowledge of Salesforce administration, time management, proficient in excel reporting, pivot tables, data analysis, customer service
• Two or more years of related work experience in a sales support capacity. Demonstrating analytical skills while providing excellent customer service to all customers & sales reps preferred
• Demonstrates an elevated level of knowledge of Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel, Word, Salesforce, PowerPoint; and a general knowledge of general database use
